I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer specialising in female fitness. I am passionate about providing sustainable training and nutritional solutions to help my clients achieve a healthily balanced, happy and active lifestyle. I offer a range of fitness and strengthening packages from one to one sessions for specific goals through to group fitness and strength classes.
