1-2-1 sessions

Everyone is unique. I offer a tailored service taking each client towards their own set of goals, be it weight loss, strength work, antenatal preparation, postnatal conditioning, pain management or general fitness. If you are looking to get fit and healthy or want to strengthen and condition your body under a bespoke programme in a setting of your choice, then 1-2-1 sessions are probably the most appropriate for you. Following an initial free consultation, I will tailor a programme focused specifically on achieving your goals.

Train with a Friend

Training with someone else can be an excellent and fun way of keeping motivated. Following an initial free consultation, I will develop a joint programme focused specifically on achieving both your goals and you will work together with me to get you both over the line. Nutrition advice will also be included.

Small Group Training

Training in groups of three or more is an effective way of getting yourself into shape and meeting new people or having fun with friends. Training with others can be a really good way of improving motivation and heightening a sense of achievement. This is the most cost effective way of getting yourself physically and mentally fit.
