Hatton Boxing

I am also a fully qualified Hatton boxing instructor. Hatton boxing classes are stimulating, fun and varied, offering the chance to develop and understand a new skill while, at the same time, getting super-fit. Each class is a whole-body workout which will build your core strength quickly, burn calories, sculpt, tone and empower you.

These sessions are temporarily on hold due to COVID-19.

Strength and Conditioning

Another set of full-body workout sessions designed to improve physical performance. Under my supervision you will work with kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, med balls and other equipment, performing speed and agility drills, plyometrics, endurance and core stability with strength training.

Mondays: 9-10am (Hindhead)
Wednesdays: 9-10am (Hindhead)
Fridays: 9.30-10.30am (Hindhead)
Saturdays: 9am-10am (Hindhead)
